Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager – Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for representing our company and developing sales in the Middle East sales region.

Key Objectives:
  • To implement new and existing procedures/practices as outlined by the Middle East Sales Manager.
  • To represent the company and develop sales in the Middle East sales region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing management of existing and new business as designated by the Middle East/Asia Pacific Sales Manager, with the aim to increase sales and profitability.
  • Proactive promotion of the brand with new and existing customers introducing new products and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration with designated distributors on customer visits and product training programs as required throughout the year.
  • Contribution to projects with the Middle East Sales Manager to explore new market opportunities.
  • Support with customer credit control.
  • Liaison with personnel in the UK and Hong Kong offices for smooth dispatch of product to the customer.
  • Completion of reports and adherence to reporting/administration systems as agreed with the Middle East Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Possession of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience in a similar sales role from a HORECA/FMCG environment, preferably selling through distribution channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, telephone manner, and IT skills.
  • Customer-focused and commercial mindset.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated individual.
