iTech Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Document and IT Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting the IT team in all day-to-day IT & DC-related activities, including proactive maintenance of Hyper-V virtual server environment, technical expertise in handling HP Servers, management of Security Framework Firewall, End-point security, management of Disaster Recovery solutions, provision of technical support in AEC/BIM Industry, Microsoft and MAC environment, Autodesk products, WAN/LAN and Wi-Fi networking environments, logging and processing support calls, investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, multi-function, and handheld devices, creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software, maintaining records of software licenses and renewals, management of New User and User exit IT protocols, analyses and deployment of software upgrade and security patches, awareness of PABX systems, Access Control, and CCTV systems, management of Company subscriptions on Authority portals, and escalating IT Support cases to the IT manager when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality control of documents across the business.
- Control and Record Incoming and Outgoing documents as per the established process.
- Management of Document Revisions.
- Active role in project documentation delivery.
- Develop Templates where applicable and their revision continuity.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents and digital signatures.
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines.
- Prepare/compose official communication through letters and emails.
- Ensure company licenses and supporting documents are maintained and updated across subscription portals.
- Log and manage Project Archives.
- Monitor and review daily digital file transactions across active projects, and escalate for corrective treatment measures where necessary.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have minimum experience of 2-3 years in AEC industry preferred, and minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree. A Degree in Computer Sciences is preferred. The candidate must exhibit a positive/professional attitude, ability to work independently and with a team, ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with great attention to detail, ability to organize and utilize time to complete work within given deadlines, ability to adapt to changes in the workplace and priorities easily, and ability to learn new document and project management systems.
Contract Duration:
This is a 6-month contract that can extend based on performance and business needs.
