Main Responsibilities
  • Documentation Review and Verification
  • Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of facility documentation prior to facility disbursement, including KYC & KYB documents, Credit approval conditions, Facility offer letters, Murabaha agreements, security documents such as guarantees, security cheques, promissory notes, etc.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate call verification & field visit verification with retail & SME customers.
  • Facility Disbursement and Monitoring
  • Process disbursements for SME and Retail credit facilities, ensuring that all conditions precedent are met.
  • Set up and manage credit limits for SME customers.
  • Ensure collaterals registration with the relevant authority as needed.
  • Monitor client compliance with facility terms, including timely repayments, utilization limits, and conditions specified in approval letters.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit administration or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
