Gulf Modern Contracting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Authorities Coordinator to join our team. As an Authorities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects comply with regulatory policies and standards in Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent knowledge of regulatory policies and standards, particularly those related to the construction industry in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory compliance requirements are met and maintained. You will also develop and implement strategies to maintain regulatory compliance, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution, and provide guidance and support to project teams on regulatory compliance matters.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
