Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a patient panel with a diverse range of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office and through telehealth encounters with a hybrid schedule of days in-office and remote from home.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with our in-office team and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine program.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of start date.
  • State licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained before start date.
