As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our purpose. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on supporting Master Franchise Zones (MFZ) in achieving their desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of the regional markets and be able to influence MFZ to ensure they are aligned with EMEA Brand Strategies and Guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the key marketing advisor and partner for MFZ, providing guidance, tools, and resources to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across the region.
  • Leveraging market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop actionable results.
  • Managing the CO-OP budget and working closely with advertising and media agencies to deliver key campaigns as per alignment with MFZ.
  • Handling contracts and invoices in a timely and organized manner while reporting back to EMEA control teams.
