About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Esemarat Group in Dubai. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, coordination of shipments, and supervision of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
  • Oversight of the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Training and supervising warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Preparing reports on stock levels, damages, and warehouse performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaboration with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
