Job Function

This is a senior in-house legal role that offers strategic influence, diverse work, and leadership exposure. You'll join a business that values legal expertise and provides a highly visible platform to shape key decisions.

You'll work closely with senior management, attending executive meetings and contributing to corporate strategy discussions. You'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal and regulatory advice, and overseeing dispute resolution and litigation matters.

Requirements:
  • Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 5-10PQE, ideally with construction, commercial, or corporate experience.
  • Strong commercial contract expertise, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
