We are currently hiring for a Digital Workplace Specialist to drive the adoption and optimization of digital workplace solutions at our corporate office in JAFZA, Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting modern workplace technologies, ensuring seamless digital experiences, and continuously improving workplace tools aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digital Workplace Solutions Implementation: Identify, evaluate, deploy, and manage collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft Viva Engage, Monday.com, Miro, Teams, Slack, intranets, Copilot, Sharepoint, virtual desktops, chatbots, and automation tools).
  • User Experience & Adoption: Drive change management initiatives to measure & enhance employee adoption of digital workplace solutions through training, engagement initiative, support, and best practices.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and integrate digital workplace tools with enterprise systems for a seamless user experience.
  • Security & Compliance: Work with IT security teams to ensure digital workplace solutions adhere to company policies, data protection, and compliance requirements.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to employees on digital workplace tools, addressing challenges and ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital workplace initiatives, with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
