Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Finance Strategist to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our Group Treasury Management Department, you will be responsible for leading the review of corporate finance matters for our affiliates, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
  • Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division to develop and implement effective treasury strategies.
  • Lead and advise on treasury matters related to our affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures and public entities.
  • Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
  • Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
  • Understand intra-group lending and tax organization.
  • Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
  • Exposed to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the MatchaTalent Management Committee.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
