Join AtkinsRéalis as a seasoned expert in road grading and contribute to the development of high-quality road infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Senior Road Grading Specialist, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of road grading projects, ensuring that road surfaces are correctly graded to promote efficient drainage and prepare the foundation for subsequent layers of road construction.
You will work closely with construction teams, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality road infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of engineering principles, road construction techniques, and soil mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed grading plans and specifications based on engineering principles and project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for designing road grades and alignments.
- Supervise and monitor grading operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in road construction, with a focus on grading operations.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing road grading projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
