Key Responsibilities:
- Well Testing Operations Planning: Develop and implement well testing plans, ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of well testing technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of well testing operations.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of well testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any operational issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to ensure a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze well test data to evaluate reservoir performance and identify opportunities for optimization, preparing comprehensive reports on well testing activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to well testing operations, working closely with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans for well testing operations, conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure the team is prepared to respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Industrial diploma is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in well testing operations and proficiency in handling special technical requirements.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Safety and Environmental Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant safety standards and a strong understanding of environmental regulations.
