Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies, ensuring that our bar is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
  • Bar Maintenance: Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and other supplies, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences, and ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our bar.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our bar team to ensure seamless service, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Hotel and hospitality management diploma or degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bar or standalone restaurant, with a strong focus on beverage service and mixology.
  • Skills: Knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
