Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the valuation process for various assets, including real estate, securities, and other financial instruments.
- Develop and implement valuation models and methodologies to determine the fair market value of assets.
- Review and analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends to assess the value of assets accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals to gather relevant information and data for valuation purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, or related field
- Strong understanding of valuation methods and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
