Job Summary

We seek an experienced Vehicle Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and experience working with complex machinery.

The Automotive Metalworker will be responsible for reading blueprints, interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, and operating a variety of machines including sheet metal cutting and forming tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading maintenance orders and reviewing work instructions to plan work procedures.
  • Performing various sheet metal forming processes using different material types.
  • Operating complex hand and power machines.
  • Assembling parts and structures by lining and joining them through spot welding, bolting or riveting.

A high school diploma is required, and a college diploma or metal fabrication training certification is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a vehicle modification technician is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry or in the automotive industry.
