  • Accountability for Insights: Ensure that the insights provided are not only received but also acted upon, taking ownership of the outcomes resulting from these insights.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the external business landscape, including market dynamics, competitive analysis, and relevant benchmarks for MAF.
