We are looking for a skilled Industrial Machinery Maintenance Professional to join our team at ALPLA PLASTIC MIDDLE EAST INDUSTRIES L.L.C. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and maintaining high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and minor repairs, to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Monitor and control material consumption, waste reduction, and efficiency in production processes.
- Collaborate with the changeover team to optimize production schedules and workflows.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the plastic industry, with a focus on pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of plastics blow moulding or injection moulding equipment, processes, and control systems.
- Previous experience in handling production machines, utilities, and infrastructure.
- PREFERRED: Electrical Certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or plastic technology.
