Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our team at Noteris Services Limited. As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for assuming internal control functions and ensuring that the company and its staff comply with relevant UAE legislation and internal by-laws.

  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage conflicts of interest between the company and clients, ensuring continuity and sound legal practices in line with SCA guidelines.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform any other AML/Compliance duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets/financial markets or related activities.
  • Other degrees must have at least 10 years of experience in capital markets/financial markets and related activities.
  • Must have passed the UAE Financial Rules and Regulations examination.
  • Must have passed the Combating Financial Crime examination.
  • Valid UAE visa and passport.
