Arenco Real Estate is seeking a skilled Automotive Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our fleet's climate control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and review work orders and materials/tools/equipment needed to perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles according to manufacturers' repair technology.
- Ensure accurate diagnosis of faults and efficient use of time allocated for repairs, reporting any delays to the Team Leader.
- Obtain authorization for additional repairs and reserve parts for repair requests, ensuring compliance with warranty repair/parts exchange programs.
- Maintain personal service tools, keep car lifts and work areas clean, and comply with health and safety standards.
- Update knowledge by attending online courses and class lessons, ensuring proficiency in the latest repair technologies.
- Ensure correct registration/de-registration in the system and write repair orders according to specified procedures.
- Dispose of unused parts and used items in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Work overtime as required to ensure customer satisfaction, as per Team Leader requirements.
We are seeking a skilled refrigeration technician with more than 7 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with expertise in troubleshooting and providing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully installing and repairing equipment, with a strong understanding of climate control systems and manufacturers' repair technologies.
