Your Major Tasks

As a PHP Software Architect, you will focus on developing and refining our partner platform solutions, specifically Partner Support Services. You will lead the advancement of our consumer services, creating distinctive experiences that reflect Tamara's commitment to unmatched quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-6 engineers, comprising Backend, Frontend, and QA professionals, while collaborating closely with designers, analysts, and product experts.
  • Direct technical strategies, architect system design, manage projects, nurture team growth, handle stakeholder interactions, and solve complex problems.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience managing one engineering team of more than 5 people.
  • Strong technical background in software development, including good experience with PHP7,8 and Symfony or Laravel framework, OOP, MySQL and NoSQL, messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Kafka, container orchestration with K8S, cloud services such as AWS/GPC/OCI, CI/CD, and testing.
Your Expert Skills:
  • Good understanding of AGILE/SCRUM methodology.
  • Fintech/eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Java/Golang is a plus.
