As a Product Line Equipment Specialist, you will guarantee seamless execution by managing the preparation of all necessary equipment, tools, products, spares, and ancillary items in accordance with job activity requirements and technical specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing asset utilization and product availability by considering factors such as AMO capacity, asset availability, spare parts availability, inventory sourcing plans, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Collaborating closely with AMO, Service Delivery Coordinators, and the Material Management team.
  • Implementing HSE 5 fundamentals consistently throughout all tasks and jobs.
  • Ensuring that all activities are conducted with the required equipment, tools, products, spares, and ancillaries in line with technical plans, certifications, and contract stipulations.
  • Monitoring short, mid, and long-term job activity, asset availability, and critical component inventory levels to optimize asset utilization.
  • Addressing all issues related to equipment, tool, spare, and ancillary availability discrepancies against technical plans and customer requirements.
  • Meeting regional asset utilization targets aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Allocating assets to upcoming jobs based on job criticality and maintenance status.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of AMO or Field Operations experience in Completions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to addressing complex issues both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building trusting relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Experience collaborating with various internal teams to execute logistics that meet client requirements.
  • A collaborative spirit and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
