Salary: AED 4,500 to 5,000/-

Job Description:

  • Ensure quality and safety through the implementation of effective quality management systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits by regulatory bodies and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality control records, SOPs, and inspection reports.
  • Identify non-conformities and work collaboratively with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and guide production staff on quality-related procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external laboratories for product testing and quality verification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience in the UAE, with specific exposure to GMP and HACCP systems.
  • Experience in food processing, either locally or internationally, is required.
  • Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and ESMA standards is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
