  3. Quality Assurance: Review and validate schedules to detect inconsistencies or errors before final approval.
  4. Revenue Coordination: Collaborate with Revenue Management to address cancellations and flight adjustments, optimizing utilization and revenue management.
  5. Flight Rescheduling: Assess and communicate necessary flight rescheduling and connectivity changes to relevant stakeholders for seamless operations.
  6. Disruption Management: Assist dispatch teams in managing flight schedule disruptions due to AOG or other unexpected events.
  7. Maintenance Scheduling: Work closely with Engineering Planning and maintenance teams to finalize aircraft maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  8. Schedule Distribution: Maintain communication with all schedule publishing platforms to ensure the airline's schedules are accurately distributed and regularly updated. Collaborate with IT departments on system-related matters such as testing and integration.
  9. Charter Management: Prepare charter agreements and quotations, plan and execute schedules for charter and irregular flights based on established plans and airport approvals, ensuring successful operational delivery.
  10. Budget Preparation: Compile budget files that include schedules, forecasted hours, and block hours by sector, distributing to relevant departments.
  11. Codeshare Coordination: Engage with partner airlines to complete necessary tasks related to codeshare flights, including updating SSIM and ensuring synchronization of flight schedules across all systems.
  12. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
