Job Description:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key member of our restaurant management team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Lobby Lounge. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team growth and success.
  • Service Standards: Ensure that all service standards are met, including greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Guest Relations: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and customer service principles.
