Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, store, and dispatch inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and movement of stock materials, including loading and unloading of goods by forklift.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipments for dispatch to field locations or customer sites, and receive inbound materials from suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Update and monitor documentation to record transactions and stock inventory levels.
- Communication: Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide information and updates on excess inventory and product levels or availability.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain stores equipment and perform cleanup on various warehouses to identify inventory inaccuracies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree with 6 years of warehouse management experience.
- Experience: Good experience of working within Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management environment.
- Leadership: Experience in taking the lead to clear receiving/shipping area on certain occasions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems and implement effective improvements.
- Teamwork: Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively.
- Technical Skills: Experience in using any ERP system and familiar with MS Office.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physical environment often involving moving of heavy products in all seasons' conditions.
