The National Petroleum Construction Company Limited is seeking a skilled Barge Foreman to oversee all offshore construction work performed by the barge. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling all activities, reporting to the Barge Superintendent/Field Engineer, and supervising personnel on the deck of the barge. They will also ensure quality and improved productivity in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and direct all offshore construction activities performed by the barge.
- Report to the Barge Superintendent/Field Engineer for matters related to construction works and job progress.
- Supervise all personnel on the barge deck to ensure quality and productivity.
Requirements
This role requires a good standard of English, completion of all offshore safety training requirements, and 12 years of experience with proven offshore barge experience, including structure and pipe laying. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess organizational and leadership skills, positive attitudes, superior knowledge of offshore operations, and effective contractual and technical skills.
