Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Procurement Engineer from the energy & power industry in the GCC/UAE.
- Hands-on experience in Engineering Projects for HV/EHV sub-station projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional knowledge in selecting relays for a line or substation.
- Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
- Profound knowledge in Cost control management, Project risk assessment management, Contract management, and conflict resolution.
