At AGILE CONSULTANTS, we are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As an ASC Head - Quality and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures that ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, with a proven track record of leading QA/QC teams. You will work closely with other departments to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall quality.

In this role, you will conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, investigate and resolve quality issues, and prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership and team management abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  3. Proven experience in a QA/QC leadership role within the packaging industry.
  4. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
