  4. Prioritize Product Backlog: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure it is well-groomed, organized, and reflects the highest value items.
  5. Work with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful delivery of product features, providing guidance and clarifications as needed.
  6. Input into Sprint Planning: Participate in regular sprint planning, sprint review meetings, and backlog refinement to ensure the team is aligned and focused on delivering customer and business value.
  7. Main Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries, clarifications, and decisions, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  8. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to drive product innovation and improvement.
  9. Collaborate with UX/UI Designers: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach in product design and development.
  10. Engage with Customers: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and conduct user testing to validate product concepts and gather insights for future enhancements.
  11. Monitor Product Performance: Monitor product performance and usage metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement or new feature development.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in management/leadership.
  3. Product Management Methodologies: Good understanding of product management methodologies, agile principles, and the software development lifecycle.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions and influence decisions on the back of data.
  6. Knowledge of Insurance Products: Good knowledge of insurance products and services in the insurance industry.
