Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate: SAP Finance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for deploying an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to create consistent and efficient applications across our agencies on a global level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy an ERP system to facilitate real-time information sharing and analysis across our agencies.
- Configure and implement SAP ECC7.4 and SAP NetWeaver to support CORE processes, including Client & Vendor set-up, Manage projects, Project Estimating, Manage time & Expenses, Purchasing & procurement, Production billing, Inter-company, Finance, and Month end Closing.
- Design and implement extensive reporting capabilities to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document, configure, and deploy solutions.
- Act as a business analyst to SAP users within the business, providing strong stakeholder management skills.
- Take solutions through the configuration, test, and deployment phases, ensuring hands-on skills and autonomy.
- Manage relationships with SAP users, other stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance, with a strong background in FI and its integration with SD, PS, and MM.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Significant experience in configuring and implementing SAP Financial Accounting, including FI-GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, and Assets.
- Experience in setting up interfaces from external systems, such as Salesforce, ADP, and HFM.
- Able to work end-to-end, with autonomy and experience of doing so.
- Balanced career experience across projects and Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Team player, strong communicator, and enjoys sharing best practices.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in HFM, TMS, and other third-party systems, such as ADP and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience related to Local Geography.
- TLS knowledge related to Local Geography.
- S/4 Hana educational experience, specifically in relation to impact on Finance.
