Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven Experience in Organisational Design: 10+ years of proven experience in organisational design and development, with a strong understanding of various development models, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience Working in a Complex Organisation: Experience working within a large, complex organisation, preferably within the public sector or government environment, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and facilitate collaborative development processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose organisational issues, develop data-driven solutions, and translate strategic goals into effective organisational structures.
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
