Job Overview
At ADNOC, we are looking for a talented Reservoir Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Petroleum Geoscientist, you will be responsible for updating and generating black oil and compositional simulation models for field development planning.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Geoscientists to characterize and upscale reservoirs.
- You will develop and calibrate Full Field simulation models and history match scenarios.
- You will diagnose model convergence and run-time problems and apply different methods of reserves estimation.
- You will contribute to reservoir monitoring programs and data gathering with effective cost programs.
- You will apply multiphase flow in the reservoir and effective permeability concept and correlations for relative permeability.
- You will integrate pressure and production test results for reservoir simulation and management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Reservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in reservoir engineering including oil and gas fields' development management and Full Field simulation studies.
- Reservoir and Production Operations Knowledge.
- Numerical reservoir simulation (Eclipse, Intersect).
