- Complete specific tasks and procedures in respect of engagement planning e.g. testing controls, walk through system processes to confirm engagement team understanding, perform data analysis and provide input to the engagement planning analytical review procedures.">

- Review audit documentation prepared by audit team members to ensure accuracy and validity of information.">
- Supervise medium and low risk assignments and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures in order to meet ADAA's business requirements.">
- Audit, examine, verify and reconcile subject entity financial statements to ensure accuracy and authenticity of information.">
- Perform and complete relevant data analytical procedures as required by the audit program and requested by senior team member to identify major variances.">

- Work with the audit team in executing the audit test designed and support engagement managers in the execution, identify processes gaps and provide recommendation to resolve the issues.">
- Prepare first draft of audit report and provide commentaries and financial statements and ensure all information are captured prior to submission.">
- Discuss audit finding with engagement manager in order to understand the possible process implications to ensure findings are in sync with ADAA requirements.">
- Address engagement manager coaching comments in order to have maximum adherence to the audit recommendations to reduce operation risk exposure.">
- Contribute in the implementation of new control systems that optimize operations or utilize new technologies, interpret data and suggest the effectiveness of operations.">
- Support project manager in preparing engagement planning steps as per ADAA audit requirements.">
- Complete and update Entity business understanding form with a view of providing input to audit sector annual plan.">
- Review and summarise client policies, procedures data and minutes of meeting and prepare engagement audit strategy memorandum and audit programs.">
- ">
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to enhance staff knowledge and skills.">
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with industry developments and best practices.">
- Mentor junior staff members to promote professional growth and development.">
- Identify and address performance gaps among team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.">

- Ensure adherence and compliance with all ADAA Corporate Policies, Procedures and Guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety etc.), and applicable job related guidance such as Methodologies and Procedures.">

Requirements
">Academic Qualifications:
">Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance
">Professional Certifications:
">Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
">Professional Experience:
">3-6 years of relevant experience either in or a combination of corporate businesses and top professional firms or similar government regulatory body.
">Exposure to Management systems, processes and controls.
">Language Proficiency:
">Proficiency in Arabic and English.
