Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement performance management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, technical planning, HSE, etc.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of business performance management.
- Experience in operational plant risk management philosophy.
- Understanding and experience of business management systems (ISOs).
