We are seeking a skilled Medical Insurance Advisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities
Proactively handle inbound inquiries and deliver expert advice on Medical Insurance products
Understand client needs and recommend Insurance solutions using strong consultative and negotiation skills
Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from initial contact to policy issuance
Present and clearly explain Insurance quotations, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decisions and successfully close deals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Insurance sales and administration
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly tone
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently
