We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Shangri-La Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Order Fulfillment: Effectively and efficiently fulfill guest orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sofra BLD team to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Support and Assistance: Be prepared to assist colleagues and departments in a thoughtful and timely manner.
  • Drink Recommendations: Assist guests and colleagues in selecting the perfect drink option for each customer.
  • Cleanliness and Orderliness: Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
