  • Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Decision-Making: Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Health and Safety: Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills (for reporting, email communication, etc.).
  • Certification/Diploma: Relevant certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
