About This Role:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at the Ghobash Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier technical and engineering talent.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to source, screen, and onboard the best-fit candidates for various positions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
    • Post job opportunities on relevant platforms and job boards to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to proactively find qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  2. Screening & Candidate Evaluation:
    • Conduct thorough screening of CVs, ensuring alignment with job descriptions, client requirements, and technical parameters.
    • Shortlist top-tier candidates, ensuring they meet all necessary qualifications and experience.
    • Share candidate profiles with the Team Lead for review and onward submission to clients.
  3. Interview & Selection Process:
    • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with candidates to schedule assessments and follow-up discussions.
    • Collaborate with Lead TA and Business Partner to secure approval for selected candidates.
  4. Offer Management & Onboarding:
    • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring timely acceptance and clear communication of terms.
    • Oversee the seamless onboarding process, including issuing consultancy agreements and collecting necessary documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and engaging with top-tier technical and engineering talent.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional hiring experiences.
  • Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
