- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in Abu Dhabi.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Banking and Public Sector organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis & Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in Abu Dhabi.
- Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve collective goals.
- Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Banking or Public Sector in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services relevant to Banking and Public Sector clients.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Language:
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
