Job Description

We are looking for a qualified professional to oversee the implementation of project programs on site. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the agreed timeframe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing material and manpower requirements accurately and coordinating procurement with the Purchase Department.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting discrepancies or delays to enable timely corrective action.
  • Supervising the workforce, managing site operations, and keeping the Manager informed of project progress.
  • Liaising with Site Management to ensure adherence to project programs and highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Conducting quality checks and completing quality checklists to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Coodinating site demobilization upon project completion and preparing applicable reports.
  • Executing snag lists from consultants and overseeing sub-contractors for various works.
People Management Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding and motivating subordinates to enhance performance and produce high-quality work.

Additionally, they will ensure that subordinates are continuously developed for higher-level roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the interior contracting/construction industry.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
