Responsibilities:
• Supervise the construction and installation of landscape projects
• Conduct site analysis and review contractors' design elements
• Review detailed construction documentation and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans
• Oversee all stages of landscape projects from initial planning to final installation
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address any issues that arise during construction
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure the use of sustainable practices and green building standards

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture/Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in landscape construction and project management
  • Minimum 8 years of experience required
  • Sound knowledge in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable practices
  • Excellent communication, managerial, and problem-solving skills
