Job Title: Microbiology Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Specialist to join our team at Zachary Piper Solutions, LLC. As a Microbiology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing testing support to the Microbiology team, maintaining laboratory materials and reagent inventory, analyzing data, and completing routine trend reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide testing support to the Microbiology team, including bioburden, endotoxin, bioburden, growth promotion, and biological indicators.
  • Maintain laboratory materials and reagent inventory to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Analyze data and complete routine trend reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in laboratory and product failure investigations to ensure quality control.
  • Document testing in accordance with cGMP requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cGMP microbiology laboratory is preferred.
  • Experience in aseptic technique and one of the following: bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion, biological indicators, microbial identification.
  • Bachelor of Science in a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $33-35 Per Hour
  • 1 Year Contract with possible extension
