We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our team in Dubai. As a key member of the Contract and Procurement Division, you will be responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with document control procedures.
This contract role has an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable. You will report directly to the Director of Estimation and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient document handling and workflow management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in document control or administration, preferably in the Real Estate, Construction, or Consulting sector. Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and managing project documentation, including RFQs, BOQs, tender submissions, and contract-related files.
- Ensuring adherence to document control standards and processes within the estimation function.
- Coordinating the flow of information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Preparing, formatting, and managing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
