- The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE plans and programs to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety.
- You will lead by example, fostering open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and best practices across all business units.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, developing effective controls and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and audit HSE performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on HSE topics, ensuring staff understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and accidents, analyzing trends and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure HSE expectations are met.
