Legal Advisory:
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly UAE labor laws and other relevant legal frameworks, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests, ensuring clarity and transparency in all business dealings.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes, including labor disputes, through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation as necessary, maintaining a positive reputation and minimizing business disruption.
  • Corporate Governance: Advise on matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring the company operates in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Legal Research: Stay updated on relevant legal developments in the UAE and the wider MENA region that may impact the company, providing expert guidance and support to inform business decisions.
  • Legal Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documentation and records, including employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal instruments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management and legal advisory roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, corporate law, and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • HR Expertise: Proven track record in HR management, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound legal and HR decisions.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
