In this role, you'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a competitive edge in the market. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.

Your primary objectives will include:

  1. Conducting in-depth research and analysis on the Dubai real estate market.
  2. Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights into market conditions, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
  3. Developing and maintaining databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  4. Compiling the quarterly market report by gathering, analyzing, and verifying data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information on upcoming projects, market demand, and customer preferences.

You will also be required to monitor and assess global and regional economic trends, regulatory changes, and their potential impact on the real estate industry.   • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
