About the Job:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in BIM/CAD design production, preferably in landscape projects. The successful candidate will have experience working with Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Revit, with a good understanding of BIM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create landscape BIM models and drawings within Revit/Civil 3D to meet client requirements from LOD 100-LOD 350.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto.
- Prepare landscape drawings consisting of general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, details, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries to advance platform efficiency and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with codes and company policies using technical manuals and directives.
- Familiarize yourself with various standards and codes such as ISO 19650, BS 1192, etc.
- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for landscape drawing preparation.
- Understand how to read orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
