Poultry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Poultry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and providing training, counseling, and coaching to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract and retain top talent
• Manage the onboarding process
• Provide training, counseling, and coaching to employees
• Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Conduct performance and wage evaluations
• Create clear policies and increase policy awareness
• Report in a clear and concise manner
• Deliver informative and entertaining presentations
• Maintain and report compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
• Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or an equivalent
• Experience in human resources or a related field
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers
• Experience educating and coaching employees
• Experience with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Experience adhering to and maintaining workplace privacy
• Capability to deliver presentations
• Understanding of relevant health and safety laws
• Experience with a variety of computer tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
