Expertise Wanted:

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Repair Expert to join our team at Juma Al Majid Holding Group LLC. As an Elevator Repair Expert, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with elevator components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair issues with elevator components such as car & landing doors, brake linings, motors, switches, signals, and control systems.
  • Efficiently execute all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks as per company standards.
  • Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
  • Proactively identify parts needing replacement before causing breakdowns and work under stress to attend to breakdowns promptly.
  • Adhere to all Sigma safety guidelines and procedures and immediately report all non-conformities to the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary education from an accredited school or university with a strong background in electrical and mechanical courses.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a technician in the elevator/escalator industry with a valid driver's license being an advantage.
  • Trade school and/or Diploma in electrical and mechanical courses would be highly advantageous.
