- Develop and implement efficient supply chain models like SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) to streamline operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
